Resistance to change- A Fear Psychosis . It is common that ordinary ignorant myopic persons fear changes and resist it with all powers in their command. They imagine all the negative effects and exaggerate the anticipated inconveniences and start fearing it even before they actually experience the proposed change. These persons ignore the fact that no change can be made without inconvenience even from good to better.     During the 1980's, the government initiated plans to computerise offices and open up of communication in India and as part of it, it had guided the industry to install computers in offices and factories.
